Announcemnt: Winner of An Unexspected Lagacy

winnerannouncALAmyAnguishHello, readers!

What a beautiful Friday morning. I’ve got a full day ahead of me, since my kids have today off school, so I’ll make this quick. Last week Amy R. Anguish was kind enough to share a bit about her life and offer a free copy of her debut novel, An Unexpected Legacy.  The giveaway ended this morning at 12 am., and a random winner has been selected via The winner of An Unexpected Legacy is, Trixi O!

Thank you for participating, Trixi. You’ve certainly shown that persistence pays off. Trixi entered the giveaway a total of six times by sharing the link to the giveaway four times on Facebook, visiting Amy’s FB author page, and commenting on the interview. (By the way, Trixi isn’t much of a smoothie drinker. *Gasp. 😉 Though when she does indulge, she likes strawberry/banana or pina colada (non-alcoholic of course!). She LOVES pumpkin spice lattes.)

Thanks, everyone who participated, and thank you, Amy, for all your kindness, generosity, and inspiration. I hope you’ll visit The Reader’s Blog again, maybe when your next novel is released, hum?

Have a blessed day, y’all.

  2. Congratulations, Trixie! I honestly don’t drink many smoothies, myself, and I’m the one who wrote them into my book! I hope you enjoy it. I’ll get it in the mail to you as soon as Kylee gets me your information. 🙂

Yay, how fun!!! I just saw the email naming me as the winner and am thrilled!! I love supporting debut Christian authors because it means I’m helping get the word out about them and their books, it’s a lot of fun to feel like a small part of their writing life 🙂 And, I discover new-to-me writers…so win/win in my mind!

I really enjoyed the blog and interview. My husband is more of a smoothie drinker since he doesn’t drink coffee *gasp* 😉 I do adore the occasional latte bought at my local family owned coffee shop (not Starbucks) or a nice Dirty Chai blended (Chai tea with a shot of espresso blended with ice)…yummy!

Thanks again and I’ll be emailing Kylee my information! Looking forward to your book Amy, blessings!
